Job description

  • To be the sales operations executive to an assigned Portfolio around NTR/Event campaigns for brand/s, requiring the project management of such campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Schedule/estimate all reactive briefs from the sales team in conjunction with LAB following the Scrum briefing process.
  • Schedule all station events in conjunction with the event’s sales team including headline, sub-sponsors and activation partners. All events to be added to the station’s calendars and include event sponsorship client details.
  • Initiate; capture and distribute feedback on all NTR proposals.
  • Incorporate relevant digital platforms where possible into Station offerings.
  • Adhere to the costing principles and implement rate adjustments as and when they occur.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact with station(s) and brand managers.
  • Implementation includes knowledge of radio, eventing, social media, mobile, video and digital platforms, reserving of inventory and following up on make goods. Active Client liaison around implementation on behalf of Account Managers within your portfolio.
  • Weekly Station Implementation meetings with a forward view to track progress and flag possible late implementation with Stations you implement across.
  • Implementation of Station calendar management principles to avoid clashes ensuring that all portfolio campaigns are added to the calendar timeously and accurately.
  • Tracking the invoicing and up-front payment of prizes and other fees.
  • Effectively solving prize queries with the Stations and maintaining the fees tracking document with finance.
  • Liaise with and brief MI for insights for the PCA.
  • Driving and supervise a complete and accurate, high-quality post-campaign analysis timeously, in order to meet client expectations around PCA presentation in conjunction with market intelligence.
  • H: drive maintenance – Collating PCA info and tracking implementation briefs/fees chase lists. Ensure that all client/implementation documentation is saved in the relevant folders.
  • Reactive costings and/or estimates for your portfolio across the brands represented both from an NTR and a generic/live read perspective.
  • Schedule revisions on campaigns being implemented to ensure that what flights on air is accurately represented in the schedules and booked by Traffic.
  •  Adherence to all policies and procedures set out by the auditors in relation to schedule revisions.
  • Adhere to all Mediamark costing principles and guidelines.
  • Implement trade exchange contracts/media partnerships entered into by Brands across your portfolio.
  •  Liaison with MI /LAB/brand/trade around client briefs within your portfolio. Work closely with the AM’s to move the brief through the Briefing system to meet deadlines.
