A well establish logistics company based in Boksburg, offering warehousing and distribution services nationall is looking for a dynamic person to fullfil the role of a bookkeeper and office administrator.
Job speciification
As a bookkeeper you will process the debtors and creditors. As administrator you will validate various information from a freight program Other tasks include reconciliations, compiling reports, general office admin and the distribution of documents.
- Engage with operations department to verify information required for billing.
- Debtor invoicing and query resolving.
- Assist with debt collecting.
- Liaising with suppliers for financial documentation.
- Ensuring that all financial documentation is captured and filed.
- Assisting with ad – hoc administrative tasks
Experience & Skills
- 3+ Years Admin office procedures and practices experience.
- Pastel Partner experience.
- A freight program knowledge an advantage.
- A diploma in accounting an advantage.
- Numerically Strong
- Strong Excel and word typing skills
- Organized and efficient
