Job description
We do the production and design of International coffee table books in South Africa
We work mostly with freelancers but have a small staff complement. I need someone to help me with managing the creative and business processes while I travel around the world to meet with partners and sign new deals. What you would need to do:
Managing freelancers and their projects
Checking in daily with all freelancers and staff and reporting status/progress to me.
Making sure that our client database is 100% updated (new clients come on daily, people leave, etc.)
Managing bi-weekly newsletters to clients.
Invoicing clients and following up on payments.
Making phone calls to international clients to check on their projects
Making sure new International Partners have everything they need to start the business.
General Office tasks.
Online research
This will be a very interesting position where you will get to learn a lot but you will be required to work fast and efficient.
