NSC Global is currently looking for a Service Desk Logistics Administrator to join our growing company.

Responsibilities

Main job purpose:

  • Ensure stock are returned within a maximum of 10 days to the NSC depot, Vendor or Service Provider
  • Ensure that the Remedy Collections Module and RAD is updated at all times to reflect current collection status of items
  • Escalate in accordance with NSC escalation processes and procedures if a collection has not been arranged and/or if parts has not been collected within 10 days from the client.
  • Monitor and escalate if stock usages submissions and not executed on the NSC World Stock Database to ensure replenishments are executed when stock levels drops below minimum
  • Responsible for Collections Reporting and statistics

Responsibilities:

  • To Ensure stock are returned within a maximum of 10 days to the NSC depot, Vendor or Service Provider
  • To Ensure that the Returns Access Database (RAD)¬†accurately reflects the current collection status of all part collections
  • To Escalate in accordance with NSC escalation processes and procedures if a collection has not been arranged and/or if parts has not been collected within 10 days from the client.
  • Monitor and escalate if stock usages submissions are not executed on the NSC World Stock Database.

Qualifications

Technical

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Non-Technical

  • Hands-on operational approach
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient, focused and performance driven in a dynamic and fast moving environment
  • Quality oriented in all aspects of delivery
  • Able to work with a minimum level of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Logistics Qualification (Preferred)
  • Secondary School Education Certificate
  • CCNA or equivalent qualification
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT and Communications / Network peripherals / Products
