RCL FOODS is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer who will be working in our Customer Care Team in Westville. Candidate will be required to action Consumer and Customer complaints. Liaise with different streams within the Supply Chain ad well as external Customers. To ensure the interest of both the Customer and Company is always maintained

Minimum Requirements

Advanced computer knowledge
Customer Service Training

Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively maintain and implement a quality and food safety culture within all work teams
Drive an understanding of quality and food safety policies relating to Customer and Consumer complaints within work teams
Information and Data Management
Accurate capture of data and maintenance of National Complaints database
Systems Improvement:
Advise management on systems and processes requiring improvement
Raise awareness of business processes and procedures in communication to internal and external parties
Implements organized and effective work methods
Participate constructively and willingly as a team player
Also have the “go the extra mile” approach
