Coca Cola Is Hiring Personal Assistant To The Commercial Director

Coca Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Commercial Department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Personal Assistant role, which is based in Durban. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director in Durban.

Key purpose:

To provide full support to the Executive office supporting the Managing Director and the Commercial Director

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide General secretarial Functions
• Manage diaries, including setting up appointments, booking venues, arranging parking and ordering catering for the entire teams.
• Handle day-to-day queries and correspondence.
• Cost Centre Management i.e. SAP PO’s etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations on Microsoft office packages.
• Pull reports from Margin Minder
• Be fully proficient on MS office at an intermediate to an advanced level
• Plan & organise meetings, team building days, communication sessions and events; arrange overseas benchmark trips.
• Manage various HR administrative functions (e.g. leave, capturing of one on ones and performance review, IMP) for the team utilising SAP HR and filing thereof
• Ensures that the departments are notified about relevant functions, issues, deadlines , agendas, etc.
• Completes and processes expense claims, CAPIN requests and cheque requisitions.
• Manage internal mailing and administration process.
• Manage the CCBSA MD office driver
• Overall Management of the Directors wing

Skills, Experience & Education

• Post Matric Qualification will be an advantage
• 2-3 years in a senior secretarial position.
• Computer literate -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel , Word and PowerPoint at an advanced level essential
• SAP PTP and HR experience is essential
• Preference will be given to suitable Equity candidates
