AllLife Insurance Is Hiring Front Office Receptionist

AllLife Insurance is currently looking for a friendly, efficient individual to join their team as Receptionist. The role is to ensure the overall effective management of reception and operations with various administrative duties.

These responsibilities include but are not limited too; greet and see to walk-in visitors, monitor and manage the telephone, voicemails, email, faxes. Support business and operations with the booking, set up and hosting of functions, support Management with travel bookings and additional administration, contingency to Business Support Administrator.

AllLife designs, distributes and administers life insurance products focused on individuals living with HIV and Diabetes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Accurate data gathering
  • Policy document and fulfillment management
  • Welcome visitors to reception, offer refreshments and call the person they are here to see
  • Monitor and Manage Telephone calls, customer care e-mails and voicemails
    • Answer calls and direct them to the correct person
    • Listen to all voicemails left on the allocated voicemails each day and forward the messages to the relevant person
    • Monitor all info mails received on the allocated mailbox each day and forward them to the relevant person
  • General Administration
  • Assist with arranging adhoc meeting rooms
  • Hosting and facilitation of functions
  • Support Management with travel bookings and additional administration
  • Contingency to Business Support Administrator
  • Arrange for cleaners to clean meeting rooms/ boards after meetings

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications needed:

  • Matric
  • Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record

Mandatory experience & skills required:

  • Relevant work experience within receptionist / front desk role
  • Relevant work experience in doing administration 
  • Relevant experience within function / event coordination
  • Have sound insurance knowledge and the FAIS code of conduct, long terms insurance act
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
