To provide administrative support for Electronic Payments management team
Job Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION
- Grade 12
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 year related experience

KEY RESULT AREAS
General Administration
- Management and Reconciliation of petty cash
- Managing of account enquiries
- Complies payment register on a daily basis
- Prepare invoices and requires approval from the relevant heads
- Assist with the maintaining of the central library for the department
- Capture and maintain departmental information
- File all documentation
- Maintain stationery stock levels for the department
- Send, collect and distribute all internal and external correspondence for the department
- Manage all travel requests
- Manage IT and Building Services related requests for the department
- Monitor use and the toner levels and copy paper of printer, fax and shredders machines
Ad hoc projects
- Assist the team in the execution of events and projects
- Assist with event management for the department (Conferences, team buildings, meetings etc)
- Logging of calls concerning maintenance, IT and change orders for new / existing employees
- Support departments ad hoc related tasks
