To provide administrative support for Electronic Payments management team

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION

  • Grade 12

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 year related experience

  • Strong administration skills

KEY RESULT AREAS

General Administration

  • Management and Reconciliation of petty cash
  • Managing of account enquiries
  • Complies payment register on a daily basis
  • Prepare invoices and requires approval from the relevant heads
  • Assist with the maintaining of the central library for the department
  • Capture and maintain departmental information
  • File all documentation
  • Maintain stationery stock levels for the department
  • Send, collect and distribute all internal and external correspondence for the department
  • Manage all travel requests
  • Manage IT and Building Services related requests for the department
  • Monitor use and the toner levels and copy paper of printer, fax and shredders machines

Ad hoc projects

  • Assist the team in the execution of events and projects
  • Assist with event management for the department (Conferences, team buildings, meetings etc)
  • Logging of calls concerning maintenance, IT and change orders for new / existing employees
  • Support departments ad hoc related tasks
