Key Performance Areas
- Administration
- Finance
- Filing & Record Keeping
- Balance and compile revenue weekly
- Monthly debtor’s invoicing
- Compile creditors batching and posting to creditors system CS3
- Compile contract reports
- Compile sheet 9 daily
- Responsible for petty cash
- Submit wage report
- Capturing wages on VIP
- Must have own transport
- Must be willing to work overtime when requested
- Problem solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Compile daily operational reports
- Special Projects
Profile
Education and Experience
- Matric or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years general administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in the transport industry
- Computer literate (Windows 2003 & 2007)
Skills and Knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic accounting skills
- Basic payroll / Time & Attendance
- Filing and record keeping
- Data capturing skills
