Key Performance Areas

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Filing & Record Keeping
  • Balance and compile revenue weekly
  • Monthly debtor’s invoicing
  • Compile creditors batching and posting to creditors system CS3
  • Compile contract reports
  • Compile sheet 9 daily
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • Submit wage report
  • Capturing wages on VIP
  • Must have own transport
  • Must be willing to work overtime when requested
  • Problem solving ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Compile daily operational reports
  • Special Projects
Profile

Education and Experience

  • Matric or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years general administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the transport industry
  • Computer literate (Windows 2003 & 2007)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Basic payroll / Time & Attendance
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Data capturing skills
